Well, it may have taken a few years, but here I am, your first commentor. I love the first paragraph...I am an ex racer who is 56 yrs old. I started riding again a few years ago, and I find the most difficult part of riding again is not chasing every single rider down because I'm so competitive. Something happened the other day-I let a guy go who passed me and kept looking over his shoulder to see if I was coming. It felt good. A revelation. In another way of putting it:"Stop the torture!" I still rode hard and fast, but I didn't chase him-and it was a good ride anyway.

Hello,
My name is Linda Nunes and I am the curator for the eductional exhibits at the California State Fair. We are in the planning stages of large Bicycle Exhibit. I noticed your beautiful photo of the American River Bike Trail and wondered if you had others, specifically of points of interest. If you do, I would be interested in looking at these and possibly using them in our exhibit. We do not have a budget for this, however, we can credit the photos with your name, and close to 800,000 fair visitors will be able to enjoy them. If this interests you, I would need photos at their highest resolution. You can contact me at my work email address: Lnunes@calexpo.com. Our fair opens in July so time is short. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,

Linda Nunes
